Can we agree,

1) Running AstLinux on a net4801, great idea, works great.

2) Running m0n0wall on a net4801, great idea, works great.

3) Doing both functions on a net4801, works not-so-good.

Unless cost is top priority, go with two net4801's, AstLinux/m0n0wall  
is an awesome overall solution.
