I have a customer using a 4801 as both PBX and router. They have a website they update everyday. Lately, they are unable to access their site. A traceroute proves the name is resolving and packets are going towards the host, but they stop at hop 17. A trace from my location nearby over the same ISP's service gets there fine. Can this be something to do with the Astlinux network config, or the 4801 hardware?
