Harry,

I would not assume that it's a glitch just with your install.  I haven't 
used that part of the install so I haven't tested it.  I use the default 
tftp location/settings.  Can you provide the options you're trying to 
pass from rc.conf?  Perhaps the quotation marks do need to be removed. 
Don't assume something just because you didn't get an immediate answer.
