Done, worked a treat, copied /etc/dnsmasq.conf to /mnt/kd/dnsmasq.conf and added "except-interface=eth0" to /mnt/kd/dnsmasq.conf, now my win2k3SBS DCHP server has stopped complaining about duplicate scopes etc
