Ok now that im getting the hang of this a bit.. I decided I wanted to
change the gui version to branch 2.0 instead of the 1.0 that is currently
built.. so I thought id just poke around and see if I could achieve this.
after I had run a previous compile I went into my
trunk/package/package/asterisk-gui directory on the development box and
edited the asterisk-gui.mk file and changed the svn ver to 3671 the latest
at the time, then set the gui site at 2.0 and let her rip.. I could see the
files downloaded.. but somehow I still ended up with old version 1.0 in my
image.. I'm sure I went about this the wrong way. And would like to ask
what the correct way for changing what versions of packages are included.
the menuconfig just lets me turn a package on or off but not tell it what
version is downloaded.. im sure there is a simple file for me to edit to do
this.. but before I totally break my development environment I figured I
would ask you guys first..
