No, altweb and asterisk-gui are different critters.

altweb configures common AstLinux network/settings, asterisk-gui is  
only asterisk.

altweb does not edit extensions.conf, sip.conf (unless you count the  
Edit tab :-) ), asterisk-gui does.

I'd prefer to add day-to-day phone system features to altweb rather  
than seldom done configuration features.
