Or you can add it to AUTOMODS in /etc/rc.conf, either editing the 
original line, or doing:

AUTOMODS="$AUTOMODS via-velocity"

right after it.

Personally, I like keeping as much localization in rc.conf as possible.  
Makes cloning a box much faster.
