Philip Prindeville, one of the developers has added IPsec support via  
a few new variables:

IPSEC_LOGLEVEL="info"
IPSEC_NAT_TRAVERSAL="off"
IPSEC_PSK_ASSOCIATIONS="
"

The latest altweb has a gui that uses these new variables:
http://lonnie.abelbeck.com/astlinux/info/webgui.php

Network tab -> VPN Type: IPsec - [Edit VPN Config...] button

0.6 or Darrick's recent builds should support this.

Please give this a try and report your results.
