Ah, ok.  So... double it?

The Gumstix basix-connex config doesn't seem to have this.

But that platform is deprecated, right?

Also noticed that the net5501 doesn't define the 
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM_BLOCKSIZE (to 1024) as all the other platforms do.
