I've made the suggested changes you mentioned above. Should I leave
wctdm24xxp in the /etc/rc.modules as Philip mentioned? That seems to be
the only way it was working before. When I remove the module from
/etc/rc.modules, the module doesn't load on boot, even when I have the
module specified in ZAPMODS.

These are going to be FXO ports, so I need to generate a zaptel.conf
file to that effect. Should that be placed in the standard location of
/etc/zaptel.conf?
