All of 200 or so Arno variable definitions can be set via your rc.conf.

The web interface Firewall tab simply defines the Arno variables, that  
gets aggregated to your /etc/rc.conf.

Arno support plugins, which the web interface also supports.  You may  
want to look at the "multiroute" plugin.

If there are some special Arno variables that you require that the web  
interface does not directly support, simply define them in the  
"Advanced Configuration" section at the bottom of the Network tab- 
 >Edit User Variables.
