Philip meant to point you in the direction of the 'Development Environment' for Astlinux. Take a look at the information on http://www.astlinux.org You'll need to add a new package and build it using the development environment. Astlinux is not intended to be an all-purpose distro with compiling tools etc on the target device. Darrick Philip A.
