I don't use a prefix (your **), but my ISN chunk of 942 dial plan is this:
x.*[2-9]x.
With your prefix of **, I believe it would be this:
**x.*[2-9]x.
Hope that helps. I'm open to suggestions if this is faulty, but since the
subscriber number and ITAD are both variable length, that is what I came up
with.
