OK, forget that issue for the moment - I have a major problem.

Before upgrade: 0.6.8 on net5501 with berofix, running geni586 version
(because berofix uses 8139too, not present in 0.6.8-net5501).

Downloaded 0.7.0-net5501, and installed in /oldroot/cdrom/os. Upgrade seems
to have succeeded. Carried out firewall upgrade procedure - resulted in
slight warning message (some rules not applied).

The problem: the Berofix has disappeared, so all my trunk calls are down. In
addition, because the Berofix was eth0, my interfaces are possibly now
misnumbered, and IAX2 calls seem not to get through. Oddly (and thankfully)
I seem to be able to SSH to INTIF, though.

Can anyone help me to work out what has gone wrong?

Tom

PS I must stress that I had another installation the same as this
(0.6.8-geni586 on a net5501 with a Berofix), and carried out the same
procedure, getting the same warning on upgrading the firewall. However, this
box is working fine, as far as I can see, accepting both ISDN and IAX2
calls.

Throughout its 18-year history, RSA Conference consistently attracts the
world's best and brightest in the field, creating opportunities for Conference
attendees to learn about information security's most important issues through
interactions with peers, luminaries and emerging and established companies.
