Michael, thank you. I had looked at the persistent net rules file, but  
had missed the issue. For some reason on this box, the berofix had  
switched from eth0 to eth4, but not on the other similar box.

IAX calls are still failing, but that is not critical, so I'll look  
into it tomorrow.
