Well, in your case it may require a restart between tests, since established 
states survive a firewall restart, a bad established state could be poisoning 
your test results.

I would try all the variations you tested before, but with a reboot between 
each.

Interested to hear your results.

If you have a SIP RTP port range open to your Asterisk box, you may want your 
ATA to use a non-intersecting RTP port range.
