Ionel,

OK, your issue is related to you having checked, in the Prefs tab:

_x_ Backup unionfs partition as /mnt/kd/asturw.tar[.gz]

Uncheck that option and it should give you a nice small file for the "Basic
Configuration files".

Did you have "Backup temporary file uses /mnt/kd/ instead of /tmp/" checked as
well?

The 'issue' here is that since the Asterisk Sounds are now stored on the
unionfs partition, backing up the unionfs partition has gotten a lot bigger.

Possibly if "Basic Configuration files" is chosen, don't include the unionfs
partition, even if it checked in the Prefs tab? Confusing?

Personally, I'd possibly like to remove the "Backup unionfs partition as
/mnt/kd/asturw.tar[.gz]" Prefs checkbox, and if users want to backup their
unionfs partition simply perform a second backup using the "Non-/mnt/kd/
unionfs files" backup menu option. The addition of asterisk sounds has made
the checkbox option less useful.

I'm open to ideas.

For your reference...

-- Configuration/File Backup: Menu --
All /mnt/kd/ files
Non-/mnt/kd/ unionfs files
Basic Configuration files <-- default
Call Detail Records (cdr)
Monitor Recordings (mon)
Voicemail Messages (vm)
All except cdr, mon & vm
--

-- Prefs tab options --

_x_ Backup tar archives compressed with gzip [.gz]

___ Backup unionfs partition as /mnt/kd/asturw.tar[.gz]

___ Backup temporary file uses /mnt/kd/ instead of /tmp/
