Hello According to the homepage (www.astlinux.org), AstLinux is currently available for the following platforms:
- Soekris net4801 and net5501 - VIA C3 and C7 based systems - PCEngines ALIX and WRAP - Generic x86 PC Hardware I was wondering how much a complete Asterisk server with a single FXO port would cost? Here's the breakdown I came up with to build an x86 prototype with an OpenVox PCI card: Case 20 Intel D510MO mobo with embedded Atom + onboard DC input 80 Power brick 20 RAM 15 Mass storage 20 PCI riser 5 (to build slim case; www.tinyurl.com/flexible-pci-riser) PCI telephony card 80 TOTAL 240, ie. US$300 at the current exchange rate If you've built this type of compact, low-use system recently, would you say the other architectures are cheaper? Thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ThinkGeek and WIRED's GeekDad team up for the Ultimate GeekDad Father's Day Giveaway.
