Mark, Please upgrade to 0.7.2. That should contain func_curl
I plan to build 0.7.3 images in the next week or so and release those with the latest Asterisk 1.4 version available. Asterisk 1.6.2.x versions should also be available at that time (from Astlinux 0.7.3). Asterisk 1.6.2.x releases won't be considered the stable AstLinux release, but seem to work as good as Asterisk 1.4.x releases. Asterisk 1.4 is the current LTS version. When Asterisk 1.8.0 is officially released, we should have beta versions of AstLinux available to support that. We'll continue to support Asterisk 1.4 through the 0.7.x branch until Digium EOL's it. In any case, please upgrade to a 0.7.x release (currently 0.7.2). There are instructions on how to do that at http://doc.astlinux.org Please note, that the firewall will likely be disabled after the reboot until you perform an upgrade (using the upgrade-arno-firewall script or web interface) Darrick On 08/01/2010 12:30 PM, Mark Phillips wrote: > Hi Folks, > > Is curl available in the current batch of AstLinux offerings? > > I want to use VoIPCNAM.com to enhance my incoming callerid experience > but I get the following error when the dialplan bit does it's thing; > >> [Aug 1 13:28:33] ERROR[1878]: pbx.c:1550 ast_func_read: Function CURL not >> registered > > The code that creates this error is; > >> exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,n,Set(CALLERID(name)="${CURL(http:/ >> /query.voipcnam.com/query.php?api_key=ABCDEFG&number= >> ${CALLERID(num)})}") > > I'm on 0.6.1 BTW. > > Thanks > > Mark > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > The Palm PDK Hot Apps Program offers developers who use the > Plug-In Development Kit to bring their C/C++ apps to Palm for a share > of $1 Million in cash or HP Products.
