Actually, it seems to be a fairly trivial fix... I'm guessing it's a one liner. I just don't have the time nor the VM set up to quickly do testing/debugging. Someone previously pointed out that it was looking for the image at a particular mount point, but said that wasn't present... which was mildly helpful. What would have been even more helpful would have been telling us what was mounted, and where, at that exact moment.
