Remove /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules

That file is created to allow mac address mapping of network interfaces.

The can't open /tmp/mydhcpip is not an error.  I means the file was not 
found because the boot up script could not identify your public IP 
address (since the network is not up).
