Hello all I just thought I'd tell people that I finally switched our last site over to Astlinux. We now have six sites running 0.7.3 on net5501s, with a mix of Digium and Openvox analogue cards, Berofix BRIs, and one Berofix PRI. We've eliminated site-to-site call charges via IAX2, and the low-power aspect of this solution is an important one for us, given the environmental aspect of our organization.
Many, many thanks are due to everyone for all the help I've had from the lists, and especially to Kris, Darrick, Philip, Lonnie, and Michael. I now just need to put in the remaining three net5501s as back-up systems on the three main sites, and all is well. Thanks again. I'm delighted with the solution, and people seem to have accepted it pretty well - which I thought was unlikely when changing something as fundamental as people's phones.
