I now have a VM up and running, but still from the ISO. I made config changes, and they survive a reboot. However, I forgot to carry out the persistent storage selection process (setup.php).
Is my system in a fit state? In other words, should I: 1. Carry on with configuration without configuring UnionFS? 2. Enable the UnionFS overlay now and continue configuring? 3. Start again, and enable UnionFS before configuring at all? As you can all tell, this betrays my lack of understanding of UnionFS in particular, and file system/mounting in general.
