Hello Graziano, I've been running http://www.openvox.cn/en/products/isdn-bri-cards/b200m.html with Astlinux + Dahdi + Oslec without problem. It's supported natively by Dahdi, no mISDN necessary!
There are two setup guides for the BE400E card available, one for mISDN, one for DAHDI. Looks like both ways are possible. Maybe you need to build+patch drivers yourself. But that would be possible using the build environment. http://wiki.openvox.cn/index.php/BE400E Echo cancellation happens in hardware. So you just turn it on/off.
