Releasing 0.7.10 is on the short list.  Hope to have those out by Monday.

Update: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-18000

That should be fixed in 1.8.7.0
Maybe Darrick can release 0.7.10 now which includes 1.8.7.0, now that 
kernel.org is up again.
