OK. Is the Siemens phone doing an independent lookup to the on line 
phonebook?
I believe asterisk ( and AstLinux ) expect it to be delivered with the 
call, and don't provide a facility to do a lookup. that you would have 
to script.
the fact that you only get the number ( twice ) would seem to indicate 
that the carrier isn't delivering the name with the call.
