It doesn't matter. Gtalk requires an asterisk restart to reload changes. This
is an asterisk issue, not something special for AstLinux.

The "Reload Asterisk" menu action is determined by the Prefs tab -> System &
Staff Tab Options:
Reload Asterisk Command: |____|
by default "module reload", which should also reload the dialplan (It appears
so in 1.8). Set to to what you want.
The "Restart Asterisk" menu action is more hard-core, it stops and starts the
asterisk process.
