No change after dosfsck. I would understand that a Runnix download could have been corrupted (though one would have hoped the sha1 would have prevented that). What I don't understand is how xrunnix boots into the fully updated version? I guess I can swap the boot parameters for runnix and xrunnix, and see if that works. Sounds a bit like a hack to me. I also don't know where they are, but I'll see if I can find them.

Then 'runnix' should boot normally, otherwise again a corrupted download, or your CF card could be borked :-( You can try to repair it with: 'dosfsck -av /dev/sda1' Michael http://www.mksolutions.info ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ RSA(R) Conference 2012 Mar 27 - Feb 2 Save $400 by Jan. 27 Register now! http://p.sf.net/sfu/rsa-sfdev2dev2 _______________________________________________ Astlinux-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/astlinux-users Donations to support AstLinux are graciously accepted via PayPal to [email protected].
