Now that I'm happily running the latest version of AstLinux with Asterisk
1.8.8.1 I finally have a chance to try to get a Nortel i2004 working with
my system. I managed to configure the phone, register it to Asterisk, but
am finding that on sending/receiving a call Asterisk is actually crashing!
The following is a CLI snippet where I was attempting to dial one of my SIP
extensions from the i2004:
[Feb 6 20:36:13] WARNING[1313]: res_rtp_asterisk.c:433 create_new_socket:
> Unable to allocate RTP socket: Address family not supported by protocol
> [Feb 6 20:36:13] WARNING[1313]: chan_unistim.c:2076 start_rtp: Unable to
> create RTP session: Address family not supported by protocol
> binaddr=192.168.2.4
> -- Starting switch on '104@i2004-0' to 103
> -- Executing [103@internal:1] Dial("104@i2004-0", "SIP/gigaset") in
> new stack
> == Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
> [Feb 6 20:36:13] ERROR[1721]: astobj2.c:110 INTERNAL_OBJ: user_data is
> NULL
> -- Called SIP/gigaset
> -- SIP/gigaset-00000000 is ringing
As soon as I "answered" the call on my SIP phone, Asterisk crashed (then
gracefully restarted).
Is anyone currently using the UNISTIM driver with AstLinux & Asterisk
1.8.x?
My unistim.conf file is very basic:
[general]
> port=5000
>
> [i2004]
> device=xxxxxxxxxxxx ; MAC address of phone
> context=internal
> line => 104
cheers,
Shamus
