I sure hope not. Would be a big security hole to have legitimate
users/extensions routing though 'default'.  My understanding is that the
default context cannot be turned off (other than removing it from the
dialplan) but that it is needed if you want to accept
sip:user@mydomaincalls from any source.  So for me the only reason to
have a default context
is to permit incoming SIP calls to a defined list of accepted destinations
(and in every case I first route to a IVR so a human needs to "press 1 to
continue" to actually connect).
