Hi List, I have been working with Tom Mazzotta over the last couple of weeks, he has a net5501 + Sangoma A200 FXO and FXS card. As long as he keeps the traffic shaper disabled, everything works, but *very* repeatable, enabling the traffic shaper (either type) he gets the same "kernel NULL pointer dereference" (see quote below).
We are assuming this is wanpipe related, I have never seen anything like this before. We tried different versions of wanpipe. DAHDI, iproute2 (tc) to no conclusion. I'm asking here if anyone has seen such a kernel death. Possibly this is one of a kind with Tom's hardware. Is anyone running the same hardware (net5501 + Sangoma) with traffic shaping enabled successfully with AstLinux 1.0.2 ?
