The "other" Michael :-) has a good suggestion, in the dialplan create an extension, request a PIN, then with a short IVR prompt for the various sound files. Probably easier to use than the GUI, provided the customer remembers the extension and PIN. :-) Also the voice files will automatically be in the native format.
