Boot off a bootable Linux CD, put the Astlinux image on a usb stick, mount the
usb stick and then DD the image to your hard drive.
Or make a bootable USB stick, put the Astlinux image on a usb stick,boot off
the USB stick, mount the usb stick and then DD the image to your hard drive.
Lots of internet instruction for what I just described.
