The current plan (which could change) is to skip official Asterisk 10 support
and support Asterisk 11 (LTS) when it is released in a few months. Asterisk 10
is more of a transitional release.

Plan on Asterisk 11 being a supported option on build.astlinux.org before
Darrick's "stable" releases offer it.

A big problem with upgrading from Asterisk 1.4/1.8 to 11 will be the change in
the local database file. Any ideas to convert the old to new are welcomed.
