I have set up a Patton 4114 (4 port FXO) gateway at a client location
interfaced to a SNOM ONE (nee PBX N SIP) system. In my application, it is
performing as a SIP to FXO bridge.

Pattons are a bit of a pain to get configured -- they have a text based config
language much like Cisco IOS and are extremely flexible in what they can do,
but basic deployment would be very complex for the novice.

Once working, they just work. Superior performance and audio quality. Very very
reliable.

Just My 2 cents.
