You didn't ask for my opinion, but unless the Geos1.1 board is inexpensive, I'd probably go with an Atom board with an ADSL PCI card, possibly from the same Traverse. For example the Jetway NF96FL-525 or NF99FL-525 boards would provide Gb NIC's instead of the Geos1.1's 100Mb NIC's and support for a PCI card with the proper case. On the other hand, if you or your colleague wish to roll up your sleeves to offer development support for the Geos1.1 board with AstLinux the AstLinux dev team would be willing to accept patches. I personally am not able to test any form of DSL.
