Perhaps I should be asking this on the asterisk list but happens I'm
working with a couple of astlinux systems and some Polycom 550 and 670 sets.

I have gotten the multi state blf working on the phones however am unable to
pick up ring calls via directed call pickup with the ringing button.

Say my dp code is *5 I am used to aastra that say to pick ext 199 sends *5199
which specifically answers 199 if it's key is ringing.

On Polycom it simply speed dials the station if the blf is idle or dials *5 if
the blf is ringing.. Sovi found the only thing I could do is put the phones in
a pickup group and program my legacy mode directed call pickup feature code to
actually be asterisks group pickup code..
This works in a way but if there is more than one ringing phone in a group the
potential exists to answer the wrong one...

I am using attendant resource and legacy mode.. Should they be buddy watch? And
in the directory XML file?

Just thought I'd see what others are doing..
