Yes, the default Digium sounds repository does not include German sounds.

But, you can change the "Sounds Pkg URL:" via the Prefs tab to:

http://mirror.astlinux.org/asterisk-sounds

has many (most) of the German sounds for .alaw and .gsm .

Once installed, you may want to go back to the default Digium sounds repository 
since they are slightly newer for the supported languages.

Or, if you want to keep the "Sounds Pkg URL:" at the default, you can manually 
add the German sounds via the CLI:

$ upgrade-asterisk-sounds upgrade core de alaw 
http://mirror.astlinux.org/asterisk-sounds

$ upgrade-asterisk-sounds upgrade core de gsm 
http://mirror.astlinux.org/asterisk-sounds
