Hi,

Our fellow user Frank Collingwood provided the developers here a patch to the
Asterisk wcfxo module that offers additional Country impedance support for the
classic X100P card, provided it is a newer version that incorporates the
Silicon Labs Si3014/Si3034 DAA.

Frank put together an excellent blog post describing this in more detail:

http://collingwood.me.uk/blog/index.php/adding-complex-impedance-support-to-an-x100p-fxo-card/

Note: If Frank's blog "novavox-x100p-se-global-line-standards" PDF appears
corrupted, use this link:

http://www.x100p.com/support/doc/novavox-x100p-se-global-line-standards.pdf

Frank's patch will appear in AstLinux 1.0.6 if he doesn't report any issues.
Darrick will be releasing AstLinux 1.0.5 shortly, but SVN builds using
build.astlinux.org currently contains the wcfxo patch. So if you have similar
hardware, give it a try.

Lonnie
