what we do is the following:
1] if our customer is on a maintenance contract for services of their phone
system (we service legacy and asterisk).. we wont turn over the admin level
passwords as they are under service contract with us.
2] if the customer is a time and materials customer, we give it to them...
chances are they are going to mess up their phone system somehow and then we can
bill them for their ignorance..
