I had one in for a while but they went back to a ring group as they could not 
get the idea of a queue that you need to log in and out of.
Anyway, I used a PHP script of which there are a number around on the net to 
display queue information.

It is designed as a wallboard and it would be dead easy to add as a tab on the 
web gui.
Maybe use softphone like Bria by Counterpath and display the page within the 
client itself. Cool!
