Correct, cause it doesn't give you an "DND" status, when you turn it on and off.
The phone (and the normal hint) is just busy, at the moment you call it.

Yes, you can define this ext. in the snom GUI for the (former) DND key, but you 
won't get "DND" in the phone display, as it is now.

Correct, you need 2 hints per phone, one for BLF and one for DND, as I said, 
because there is no explicit hint state for the DND status.
The DND hint will give you then an own "not-inuse" or "busy" status just for 
DND, depending on the button.
