Hi David, A few months back a Sangoma rep appeared on the Voice Users Conference. Very informative.
Sangoma Vega Appliance Series http://www.voipusersconference.org/2012/sangoma-vega-appliance-series/ Sangoma purchased VegaStream (a UK based company) a little over a year ago, which is now Sangoma's Vega line. The least expensive is the Vega 50 - 4 FXS Ports + 2 FXO Ports for about $350 street. Most often the configuration of these gateways can be the most challenging part, at least configuring the first one. :-) Disclaimer, I have never used the Vega 50.
