I had some simple (cheap :-) ) installations with a Fritzbox Fon 7170 (or better/newer) as ISDN-SIP-gateway and an Alix board with AstLinux. The other, not recommended, way (for "home users") would be a AstLinux capable box with a PCI slot and a cheap 1 port HFC card.
