Fernando, A complete solution of email->fax is not in the scope of AstLinux, IMHO, given our embedded flash based model. Not to mention we don't include an email MTA (SMTP server).
If you get a TIFF file onto AstLinux then the SendFAX() application should finish the job. Possibly a hybrid approach, on an external host using procmail (or such) to divert the email contents , then 'print' the email to a TIFF file (eg. ghostscript), then scp the TIFF file from the external host to your astlinux box and possibly also scp an outbound call-file to send it. The dialplan context of the associated call-file could remove the SendFAX TIFF file. Just brainstorming, I have not tried this approach.
