Hi Michael,

Interesting, for mini-ITX boards I use the M350 case which has a jumper on the
front board (USB / Power Button) for "Autorestart" which appears to override
the board's BIOS settings. I'm thinking this may be somewhat case dependant.

For the Jetway JBC373F38W / HBJC373F38W appliance this must be set in the BIOS
and we have an entry "BIOS Setup for Auto-Power-On after Power Failure:" for
that.

For the Lanner FW-7541D appliance, it defaults to "Former Status" and restarts
like in the good ole days.

So, I'm wondering how often a mini-ITX case overrules the board's BIOS PWR
Status, or if the BIOS PWR Status is set to "Always On" will it alway be so
regardless of case. If someone has time to test this, and there is a
consistent rule, we can be sure to add that info to the docs.
