Michael,

In the past I have always used 128 MB for the ASTURW partition size, but if
your flash media is >= 2GB I'd start using 256 MB to be more future proof.

The next release of AstLinux (1.1.3) will include a command to install optional
packages onto ASTURW, the first (only) package will be Asterisk Flash Operator
Panel (FOP2) support, which takes about 10 MB.

Sound files are also stored on the ASTURW partition (10 MB +) , as well as any
locale data via set-locale ( 2 MB).

Get your SQL database under version control now!
Version control is standard for application code, but databases havent
caught up. So what steps can you take to put your SQL databases under
version control? Why should you start doing it? Read more to find out.
