Team,
Transfer to vmail does not seem to be working properly.
Every time I transfer somebody I get:

-- SIP/0004f23c2cbd-0000017a answered SIP/callcentric14-00000179
-- Remote UNIX connection
-- Remote UNIX connection disconnected
-- Remote UNIX connection
-- Remote UNIX connection disconnected

'SIP/callcentric14-00000179'
[2013-10-06 20:00:50] WARNING[28993]: pbx.c:5363 __ast_pbx_run: Channel
'SIP/callcentric14-00000179' sent into invalid extension '4222' in context
'default', but no invalid handler
Any ideas?
