John and I discussed this off-list and John was kind enough to provide logs and
test an AstLinux SVN build image (containing RUNNIX with ACPI, APIC support
added to the kernel) and that fixed his issue with the HP 5630.

Basically, the HP 5630's BIOS requires ACPI support to properly route the IRQ's
(notably the internal flash controller), while AstLinux's kernel had ACPI
support for some time, RUNNIX did not until this recent change.

AstLinux 1.1.7 will contain this RUNNIX change when it is officially released
at a later time.

Thanks again to John for his testing.
