OK looking through the differences in the two sip .conf I have added
nat=yes
host=sipgate.co.uk
Just doing the above means I can not get "Hellow World", I believe that
port=5060 is the default asterisk setting.
So that is a major jump forward.
Before I push ports 10000 to 20000 to my astlinux pc should I enable the
astlinux firewall as I note it is off at present, if so what settings?
I have also just switched off the SIP 5060 and RTP 5004 port forwarding and it
still works on incoming calls!!!! so what is my router doing.
My astlinux logs show a warning to nat=yes
WARNING[425]: sip/config_parser.c:812 in sip_parse_nat_option: nat=yes is
deprecated, use nat=force_rport,comedia instead
What the hell does that mean, anyhow changed the line and it still works.
